As experienced educators, coaches, and parents, Abby and Darcy have joined forces to combine their complementary perspectives, knowledge bases, skill sets and passions with a simple and compelling goal: to help parents show up mindfully, responsively, and respectfully in their parenting. To parent mindfully means that we commit to being aware of our own thoughts, beliefs and actions and parent from facts; who we are, who our children are, and from our values. By removing fear and fantasy from our parenting we become more able to accurately and lovingly guide, empower, and protect our children.
